Homestead Phoenix-Mesa specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides onsite laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery complimentary incoming fax and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator microwave stovetop and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports personalized voicemail irons with full-size ironing boards and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.
